Shipping and Delivery

  • What is the difference between Processing Time and Shipping Time? Processing Time is the period required to create, quality-test, and package your item before it is shipped (Standard items: 1–4 business days; Personalized items: 1–7 business days). Shipping Time is the transit time after your order is handed to the carrier.

  • What are the estimated Shipping Time ranges? Typical transit times are:USA: 2–6 Days (Standard) or 1–2 Days (Priority).Canada: 4–9 Business Days (Standard) or 2–5 Business Days (Priority).Worldwide: 3–12 Business Days (Standard) or 2–6 Business Days (Priority).

  • Can I change my shipping address? Yes, but you must contact us via our Contact Form within 6 hours of placing your order. We cannot modify the shipping address once your order has entered the production phase.

  • Who pays for international customs fees and duties? Items are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility. Note: Canada Standard shipping is DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), where duties are included in the checkout price.

  • How can I ensure my urgent request is seen? Because orders enter production quickly, please use the subject line "Urgent: Order Change" or "Urgent: Order Cancellation" for any requests made within the 6-hour window. While our standard reply time is 48-72 hours, we prioritize these urgent requests to catch them before production begins.

Orders & Cancellations

  • How do I cancel my order? Cancellation is permitted only if requested within 6 hours of placing your order. Beyond this window, production has begun and cancellations are no longer possible for non-EU & UK consumers.

  • If I cancel within 6 hours, do I get a full refund? No. Any incurred payment processing fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund.

  • Can I change the size or color of an item? You may request changes to the product variant or shipping address within 6 hours of order placement. Once your order is forwarded to our fulfillment center, we no longer have the ability to make changes.

  • If I make an order change that lowers the price, is the difference refunded? No. If a change decreases the order value, the pricing difference will not be refunded due to immediate resource allocation and processing limitations.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Do I need to return the item to get a refund or replacement? No, you do not need to return the item to us. We manage all resolutions without requiring a return.

  • How long do I have to report an issue? Claims for quality-related issues must be made within 7 business days of the delivery date indicated on the tracking information.

  • What qualifies for a replacement or refund? We offer replacements or refunds only under two conditions: Delivery Failure (not delivered within 45–60 business days) or Quality Issues (inadequate quality).

  • If I made a user error (wrong size/color), can I get a refund? We do not accept responsibility for claims resulting from user error, such as selecting the wrong size, design, or color.
