If after typing in your tracking number above you receive a message that says the tracking doesn't exist please double check your tracking number is correct. Also, make sure it’s your tracking number not your order number! Your tracking number is sent via email when your item is shipped. If you can't find it, please check your junk/spam folders as its probably in there!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All items are subjected to a handling period before they are dispatched. Most of our items leave the warehouse within 2-5 business days of payment.

• USA Orders: Unless stated otherwise on the product page and given the current global pandemic situation the logistics firms that we work with advise on delivery times between 15-35 days after an item ships. Orders are delivered by USPS (United States Postal Service)

• International Orders: Unless stated otherwise on the product page and given the current global pandemic situation the logistics firms that we work with advise on International delivery times between 15-45 days after an item ships, sometimes faster. Certain high demand products may have a longer delivery time. In some cases, international shipping can take up to 8 weeks. 

We apologize in advance that we are unable to control any delay caused by delayed logistics, holiday periods such as Christmas, weather conditions, natural disasters and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that carriers may experience, and which are beyond our control. Your patience is really appreciated. Again we're constantly working on improving our shipping times while keeping the same low prices for our customers. We guarantee your product will arrive within 60 days (8 weeks) under our Buyer Protection, otherwise, you will receive a full refund. 

However,  we DO NOT OFFER refunds while a product is still in transit as it is already on the way to you. We understand this can be a long time, but it's worth the wait at the competitive prices we offer. 

Please DO NOT order if you need an item before an expectant date, we hold no responsibility to the couriers and the current conditions out of our control. 

Shipping Policy 

Not The Usual Gift is not responsible for tax and/or any other duty charge that may be incurred at the destination country. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country. Not The Usual Gift will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances. If the order arrives at your country and the customer refuses to accept the package OR no attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package, Not The Usual Gift, reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refunds.
